In the file lib/Parrot/Docs/POD2HTML.pm there is the todo item:

# TODO - C<Perl::Module> should really be L<Perl::Module>
# but this will do until the docs are changed.

This needs to be implemented.

Any progress on this? Or, failing that, what does the comment about
"until the docs are changed" mean?

I haven't made any progress, and I don't know what change ptc's comment
refers to.

At a guess: when generating HTML docs from POD, L<>'s actually turn
into <a>,s but C<> renders as <code> or <tt> or <pre>

Having links be links would be nice.
